This week I’m sharing the books I love that were written over ten years ago. Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and Bookish and is hosted by The Artsy Reader Girl.
This was such a fun and interesting post to do. I’ve been blogging for over 10 years now, so I have a lot of records of the books I’ve been reading since about 2013. I had a lot of fun going back and seeing all the books I’ve read over the years.
There are some old favourites on here. And books that defined me for some time. So let’s go. Here are the books that I love that were written over ten years ago now. As always these are in no order.
Anna Dressed in Blood (Anna #1) by Kendare Blake – 2011 | Angelfall (Penryn & the End of Days #1) by Susan Ee – 2011. | Daughter of Smoke & Bone (Daughter of Smoke & Bone #1) by Laini Taylor – 2011. | The Lightning Thief (Percy Jackson and the Olympians #1) by Rick Riordan – 2005.
Vampire Academy (Vampire Academy #1) by Richelle Mead – 2007 | My Love Lies Bleeding (Drake Chronicles #1) by Alyxandra Harvey – 2009. | Pushing the Limits (Pushing the Limits #1) by Katie McGarry – 2012 | Cinder (The Lunar Chronicles #1) by Marissa Meyer – 2012.
Obsidian (Lux #1) by Jennifer L. Armentrout – 2011 | Love in the Afternoon (The Hathaways #5) by Lisa Kleypas – 2010.
And there we go. Those are the books that I loved that were published ten or more years ago. Have you read any of these books? What did you think of them? What books have made it to your list? Let’s chat!
