This week I’m sharing the books I loved the setting of. Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and Bookish and is hosted by The Artsy Reader Girl.
I decided to just tweak this weeks topic and instead share the books that I loved the setting of. Sometimes it’s only part of the world. Sometimes it’s even the whole world. I could fill this list with books I’ve read over the last 20 years, but I need to try and keep it to 10 books.
Most of these books are going to be in the fantasy realm. Whether it’s either high fantasy, low fantasy and urban fantasy. As well as paranormal and science fiction.
Anyway, let’s get into it. These are the books that I loved the setting of. Like always these are in no particular order.
Lola & the Millionaires: Part One (Sweet Omegaverse #2) by Kathryn Moon | Ice Planet Barbarians (Ice Planet Barbarians #1) by Ruby Dixon | Queen Takes Knights (Their Vampire Queen #1) by Joely Sue Burkhart | Slave to Sensation (Psy-Changeling #1) by Nalini Singh.
Punderworld, Volume 1 by Linda Šejić | The Extraordinaries (The Extraordinaries #1) by T.J. Klune | A Touch of Darkness (Hades & Persephone #1) by Scarlett St. Clair | Chain of Gold (The Last Hours #1) by Cassandra Clare.
Neon Gods (Dark Olympus #1) by Katee Robert | The Lightning Thief (Percy Jackson and the Olympians #1) by Rick Riordan
And there we go. Those are the books that I loved the setting of. Have you read any of these books? Do you agree? What are some of the books on your list? Let’s Chat!
